Partner Program

Effective date: 2026-10-17

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Partner Program Terms set out the eligibility, reward criteria and restrictions for the partner program that Petalab Inc. ("we" or the "Company") operates on Yapee, namely referral rewards and creator rewards. Matters not covered here are governed by our Terms of Service and Usage Policy.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Referral reward" means a reward given to a Member who invites someone to the Service, and to the invited person, when the invited person meets the set conditions.
  2. "Referrer" means the inviting Member, and "Referee" means a Member who enters the Referrer's referral code.
  3. "Creator reward" means a reward given to a creator, under criteria we set, when other users use the creator's published Characters or Works.
  4. "Points" means an in-service unit paid out as a result of creator reward settlement, which can be exchanged only for items we designate.
  5. "Campaign Notice" means a notice posted in the Service setting the period, eligibility, reward amount, caps and other details of a program.
  6. "Cash" means a balance in Korean won that we credit to a creator under settlement terms separately agreed between us and the creator. It is managed separately from Points.

Article 3 (Current status)

No referral campaign or creator settlement is currently running. When a program starts, we will announce its period, eligibility, rewards and caps in a Campaign Notice. Conditions in the Campaign Notice take priority over these Terms.

Article 4 (Eligibility)

  1. Only Members aged 19 or older who have completed adult verification may participate.
  2. Rewards are paid to only one account per real person. To check this, we compare a non-reversible value derived from the identity linking code received during adult verification.
  3. Accounts under restriction or in the process of closure may not participate.

Article 5 (Referral rewards)

  1. A Referrer may share the referral code or link provided in the Service with others.
  2. The Referee must enter the referral code during the campaign period and before the deadline after sign-up set in the Campaign Notice. Opening the link alone does not register it.
  3. The conditions are met when the Referee completes adult verification and, within the period set in the Campaign Notice, completes the required number of conversations started after registering the code. Once the conditions are met and the Referee confirms the reward, the Referrer and the Referee each receive the set reward.
  4. The following do not qualify:
    • referring yourself;
    • a Referee who had already signed up before the campaign started; and
    • a Referee who only chats on their own works or the Referrer's works.
  5. Rewards are given as Free Credits. The reward amounts for the Referrer and the Referee (which may be zero), the validity period, the overall campaign cap and the per-Referrer cap are set in the Campaign Notice.
  6. Do not share referral codes through spam, false advertising or methods that mislead others.

Article 6 (Creator rewards)

  1. When other users spend Paid Credits that they actually purchased on your works, a share set by us is credited to you as earnings. Credits spent from Free Credits, and Credits whose payment was cancelled or refunded, are excluded.
  2. Earnings are settled monthly and converted into Points. Points can be exchanged in the point store only for Free Credits or other items we designate, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Cash is credited under settlement terms separately agreed between us and the creator; Points are never converted into Cash. You may request a cash payout of Cash only when we have separately opened and announced cash payouts. To request one, you must register payout information (name, Korean resident registration number, bank account, and copies of your ID and bankbook) and have it confirmed by us. Each request must be within the announced range, currently from 10,000 to 1,000,000 KRW.
  4. Credits received through gift and support features are granted as Free Credits and are not eligible for cash payout.
  5. The share rate, settlement schedule and exchangeable items are set in the Campaign Notice, and changes are announced under Article 10.

Article 7 (Nature of rewards)

  1. Free Credits and Points are not cash and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for cash. Cash is paid out only under Article 6(3).
  2. Free Credits and Points expire at the end of their announced validity period.

Article 8 (Abuse and recovery)

  1. If we confirm any of the following, we may withhold or cancel rewards, recover rewards already given, and restrict participation:
    • collecting rewards through multiple accounts or another person's identity;
    • arranging for Credits to be spent on your own works, or generating usage through automated means;
    • repeatedly paying and requesting refunds in order to collect rewards; or
    • receiving rewards in any other way that violates these Terms or the Usage Policy.
  2. An ordinary refund is not treated as abuse. However, rewards or earnings that arose from a refunded payment are recovered to the extent of the refund.
  3. We will tell you the action and the reason. You may appeal to help@ypee.ai within 30 days.

Article 9 (Taxes)

Creator rewards paid in cash are paid after tax is withheld under applicable law, and we file payment statements with the tax authorities. Personal information processed for this purpose is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Changes and termination of the program)

  1. We may change or end a program for operational reasons and will announce this in the Service at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to Members.
  2. Rewards that were confirmed before a change or termination, because their conditions had been met, will be paid under the announced criteria.

Article 11 (Leaving the program and account closure)

  1. You may stop participating at any time.
  2. You cannot close your account while you have Cash not yet paid out or a payout request in progress, so request a payout first or wait for it to be processed. Free Credits and Points are removed when the account is closed.

Article 12 (Relationship of the parties)

  1. Participating in the partner program does not create an employment, agency or mandate relationship between you and us.
  2. Rights in your works remain with you as set out in the Terms of Service.

Supplementary provision

These Terms take effect on October 17, 2026.

If this English version conflicts with the Korean version, the Korean version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
